Institutional Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 On an end-to-end basis, lead all non-retail marketing of our ETF suite, and ensure alignment across all of sales and marketing, including retail
 Manage and execute the communication, email marketing and events calendar with key senior stakeholders and be responsible for the firm’s strategy on lead generation and sales enablement
 Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push and other cross-channel communications
 Manage and improve existing automations, workflows and contact analyses within the CRM
 Input into the upkeep and upgrade of all the firm’s content strategy
 Provide regular reporting of metrics and insights

QUALIFICATIONS:

 5-10 years’ experience within asset management, ideally having spent time focused on ETFs and/or mutual funds
 Degree educated with flawless written English
 Knowledge of the financial adviser community (both independents and platforms), including media consumption habits
 Understanding of how marketing lead generation, and lead hand-off to sales, as it pertains to the asset management industry
 Strong understanding of email marketing best practice
 Experience working with automation workflows, sequences and reporting within Hubspot would be a plus
 Hands-on, motivated and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
