Institutional Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
On an end-to-end basis, lead all non-retail marketing of our ETF suite, and ensure alignment across all of sales and marketing, including retail
Manage and execute the communication, email marketing and events calendar with key senior stakeholders and be responsible for the firm’s strategy on lead generation and sales enablement
Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push and other cross-channel communications
Manage and improve existing automations, workflows and contact analyses within the CRM
Input into the upkeep and upgrade of all the firm’s content strategy
Provide regular reporting of metrics and insights
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years’ experience within asset management, ideally having spent time focused on ETFs and/or mutual funds
Degree educated with flawless written English
Knowledge of the financial adviser community (both independents and platforms), including media consumption habits
Understanding of how marketing lead generation, and lead hand-off to sales, as it pertains to the asset management industry
Strong understanding of email marketing best practice
Experience working with automation workflows, sequences and reporting within Hubspot would be a plus
Hands-on, motivated and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
