POSITION:
Client Proposals and Regulatory Fund Reporting Specialist
This position will be responsible for managing and completing client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) by collaborating closely with internal
teams to create compelling and high-quality client proposals. The role will also involve enhancing and recommending improvements for client proposals, and managing internal databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Due Diligence Questionnaire:
Lead the preparation and completion in responding to client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and ESG Questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner across the full European product range.
Assist in the production of both custom and standardized DDQ documents at firm and product level.
Establish and maintain an internal DDQ database to streamline the proposal process.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities.
Manage internal deadlines for those involved in the DDQ process, from subject matter experts (SMEs) input across the company.
Manage and meet external deadlines by establishing priorities and due dates for client requests.
Contribute to client reporting of Solvency II Tripartite Template (TPT), European ESG Template (EET), European MiFID Template (EMT) and European PRIIPS Template (EPT).
Review evolving regulations to maintain compliance of regulatory fund reporting files and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management:
Review and analyze the RFP/DDQ process, providing recommendations for
enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding regulatory reporting and DDQ queries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Approximately 3- 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
Experience in DDQ processes, regulatory reporting and fund reporting or in a legal or compliance role.
Experience in drafting and managing client DDQs, other client-facing documentation or policy related documentation in English.
Detail orientated with attention paid to writing, editing and document formatting.
Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines by effective collaboration across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage complex data sets and perform data validation.
Knowledge of, or capacity to learn the frameworks of TPT, EET, EMT and EPT reporting.
Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader team’s goals.
